What does Kobbr cost?

We offer different company subscription plans based on your needs. Our pricing starts from approximately 1,000 NOK per month.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We send a standard electronic EHF invoice.

Is there any commitment period?

We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions. There is no commitment period for our monthly subscriptions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending a cancellation notice to your customer contact at Kobbr or via the “Contact Us” form on our website, kobbr.com.

How do I contact customer support?

Feel free to send us a message via the contact form on our website, and we will respond as soon as we can.

How can I mark a quote as sent/signed?

If the customer accepts the quote by phone or email, you can do the following:
1. Open the quote
2. Go to Send
3. Click the arrow to the right of the Send button.
4. Then choose whether you want to mark it as sent with notification to the customer or without notification.

How can I let technicians use Kobbr without losing control?

In Settings → Users and Roles, you can control what employees are allowed to do in Kobbr.
- You can decide who is allowed to create, edit, and delete.
- You can choose whether employees can send quotes directly to customers, or if quotes must first be approved by their nearest manager.
This way, you avoid incorrect amounts or incorrect quotes being sent to customers.

Can I choose whether the quote is shown with or without VAT?

The customer card determines how the quote is displayed. If the customer is registered as a business, the quote is sent without VAT. If the customer is registered as a private individual, VAT will be included.

I sent a quote to a customer, but it has expired, so the customer can’t accept it. What should I do?

You can easily extend the quote by using the quick option to extend it by 30 days, or by opening the quote, going to “3. Send”, and changing the “Validity” field, for example by setting a custom date in Kobbr.

What is the difference between a product and a package?

Product
A product is a single job consisting of materials and labor time.

Example: Installing a power outlet: this includes the outlet itself, mounting materials, and the time required to install it. When creating a quote, you can place the product in the appropriate room, for example Installing a power outlet in the storage room.

Package
A package is essentially a quote template, meaning a collection of rooms/sections and products.

Example: New cabin: here you can add all the rooms that typically exist in a cabin and fill those rooms with products. This gives you a ready-made template that can be used for customers and easily adjusted as needed.

Does it take a long time to build products and packages in Kobbr?

No, absolutely not. In Kobbr, products and packages are automatically added to your library as you create new quotes. This means you don’t need to set everything up in advance before getting started.

Do you already have price lists with items? Feel free to send them to us, and we’ll set up the library for you. That way, you save time and can focus on sending out quotes quickly and efficiently.

I want multiple people to receive the quote—how do I do that?

Each quote link is unique, but you can still share it with multiple recipients, For example via SMS or email. The system will still register how many times the quote has been opened.

I want to delete a quote that is under “Signed” – how do I do this?

Currently, customers cannot delete signed quotes on their own. We at Kobbr require a written email request for this. The request must include a screenshot or the quote number. Quotes and other items deleted in Kobbr are permanently removed.

Can I communicate with the customer through the quote?

Yes. You and the customer can easily communicate directly within the quote sent via Kobbr. There you can share text, images, and files. Both parties automatically receive email notifications when there are unread messages, so nothing gets missed.

How does sending quotes to customers work in practice?

When you have finished calculating the quote, you can choose whether to send it via email, SMS, or both. The customer will then receive a message with your own text and a link to the quote. Through the link, the customer can review the quote, send messages, choose desired options, and sign it digitally.
